Year 7

This course will consist of a food module and a textile module.

The food module will showcase a variety of easy, mouth-watering recipes that have excellent nutritional value. Students will be given the opportunity to develop and build on their knowledge of cooking techniques, food presentation skills and cooking for others. This module will also incorporate a study of basic nutrition. This will empower students to make informed decisions regarding their food choices.

This course leads to Year 8 Food Technology.
